Earlier today I posted my Dream Cast for the leading couple of Twilight, Bella and Edward.

This is sad, but I am so out of touch with younger actors and actresses that I have no idea. I do like your ideas of Lily and Chace. I like both of them, but I have gotten use to seeing Kristen and Robert so I think that is blocking me. I am trying to think through dark haired girls and I’m drawing a blank and even more of a blank on the guys. I think I’m getting too old, though I enjoyed the Twilight books.

I liked your choice of Lily Collins for Bella, too. For Edward, I could picture Daren Kagasoff from Secret Life of the American Teenager because he has that big hair that reminds me Robert Pattinson’s, lol.

Honestly, I don’t know who I would have picked. I know that I imagined Bella maybe a little less skinny, and the same with Edward, I imagined him more in shape. Not sure why but I always picture him more blond in my head when I read too. However I now kind of picture them as those characters, so it may be hard for me to pick someone else. I hope I can win this! I have been too broke to buy the DVD and have wanted to watch it again so bad! Great giveaway!

Edward – Paul Wesley (who plays Stefan on The Vampire Diaries). I think he would have been a fantastic choice. There are times when I watch Paul on TVD and he totally makes me think of Edward.

Wow! I really hurt my brain with this one, because now that we have watched Kristen and Robert it is hard to imagine anyone else. But, in a parallel dimension, I think for good looks and acting chops, Ellen Page (I mean look at that pale skin and ordinary, yet beautiful face and she can act her butt off) and William Moseley (the hottie older brother from the Narnia movies) would have done really well in the roles.

there are some interesting pairings up here, and I did look up some to see who was who. I have to say for me, I think they picked the best pair. I can’t think of any other actors who would be better for the roles. I loved their choices. It was so cool though because when my sister and I read, we try to pick actors for the roles of the characters in books and we actually picked Kristin Stewart for Bella from her role in Speak. Then later found out that they atually picked her for the movie. That was cool. I don’t remember who we picked for Edward. But love Rob! 🙂
